Refund + Exchange Policy

No refunds or cancelations will be granted after placing an order. No exceptions.  

Due to the customized nature of our products, exchanges will not be granted unless the item is faulty. 

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package if there are any issues. After 24 hours, the customer is subject to a re-shipping fee. 

If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. You may omit personal details if you please but must keep your name visible on the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, Kerry Quinn's Kitsch is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.

 By placing an order you agree to these terms in full. 

All designs have been hand drawn, scanned, and printed digitally onto 80lb card stock. All cards are blank inside. Kraft envelope is included with every card purchase. Single cards are packaged individually in clear sleeves. Sets of 8 are packaged in clear boxes.

Shipping Policies

Orders will typically be shipped within two or three days of purchase. Tracking information will be provided whenever possible.

We are currently offering free shipping (in the contiguous U.S.) on all items. We use USPS for most orders. UPS maybe used for bulkier items like framed prints.
